These terms govern your use of pytofficial.co and any enquiry or order that starts here. Using the site means you accept them.
01Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by NOVEX GROUP SDN. BHD., a company incorporated in Malaysia with its address at No. 12A, Jalan Kebun Nenas 3N/KS8, Bandar Putera 2, 41200 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, trading under the brand PYT.
In these terms, "PYT", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this site.
02Accepting these terms
By browsing this site, adding parts to a cart or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
03Using the site
You may use this site to view our catalogue, research parts and contact us. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell its content, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
04Product information and images
We describe every part as accurately as we can — specifications, materials and applications are given in good faith and checked against our own manufacturing records.
Photographs and illustrations are representative. Small differences in finish, packaging or markings between the image and the part you receive are normal and are not a defect.
Specifications can change as we improve a part. The specification we confirm to you in writing at the time of your order is the one that applies.
05Prices
All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are indicative. They are a guide to help you plan, not a binding offer.
The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm to you in writing before you pay. Delivery, and any tax or duty, are quoted separately unless we say otherwise.
If a price is listed in obvious error we are not obliged to supply at that price — we will tell you and let you decide whether to go ahead at the correct one.
06How an order is made
There is no online checkout on this site and no payment is ever taken here. Adding parts to the cart builds a message; sending it opens a WhatsApp conversation with us, or records an enquiry we then reply to.
An enquiry is not an order. A contract exists only once we have confirmed the parts, price, quantity and delivery arrangement to you in writing and you have accepted it.
We may decline or cancel an enquiry — for example if a part is out of stock, if it will not fit your vehicle, or if we cannot verify the request.
07Fitment
The vehicle selector and the fitment notes on this site are a guide based on the information we hold. They are not a guarantee that a part fits your specific vehicle.
Before we dispatch anything we check the part against the car details you give us. Please make sure those details — make, model, year and variant — are accurate, because a part supplied against wrong information is not a fault on our side.
Parts must be fitted by a competent person. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, or by use a part was not designed for.
08Delivery
We deliver throughout Malaysia. Any delivery time we quote is an estimate — we depend on couriers and cannot guarantee a date.
Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within a reasonable time if anything is missing or damaged in transit, so that we can take it up with the courier.
09Warranty and returns
PYT parts are covered by the warranty we confirm for that part at the time of order. A warranty covers defects in manufacturing; it does not cover normal wear, accident damage, incorrect fitting, or use outside the part’s intended application.
To make a claim or ask about a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and photographs. We will tell you what we need and how to send the part back.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
10Intellectual property
Everything on this site — the PYT name and logo, the photography, the copy, the layout and the code — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international law.
PYT is the subject of Malaysian trade mark application no. TM2026020716 in Class 12, filed on 26 June 2026 and pending at the time of writing. The filing record is linked below.
You may not use our name, logo or content in your own materials, listings or advertising without our written permission.
11Things you must not do
Do not misrepresent who you are or which vehicle you drive, submit false enquiries, attempt to reach any part of the site or its systems you are not entitled to, or introduce anything malicious.
Do not present yourself as an authorised PYT dealer, distributor or agent unless we have appointed you in writing.
12Third-party services and links
This site relies on services run by others — WhatsApp for messaging, Google and Microsoft for forms and measurement, and Netlify for hosting. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
13Our liability
We supply parts and information with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost time, vehicle downtime or the cost of other work — arising from the use of this site or of a part supplied through it.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the part concerned.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
15Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
